Job Title: Tutor / Trainer – Customer Service / Functional Skills
Location: Sheffield (Centre Based)

Our client, a successful Training Organisation, is currently looking to appoint an experienced Vocational Tutor / Trainer delivering Customer Service Diploma Levels 1 and 2, along with Functional Skills delivery in Sheffield.
‘The Role’
To deliver Level 1 and 2 Diploma in Customer Service
To support learners with Functional Skills, this includes:
Personal Social Development Sessions
Employability Training
Literacy / Numeracy and ICT
Develop and Deliver lesson plans
Keep learner records up to date
‘Criteria’
To hold or be working towards a recognised teaching Qualification (PTLLS/Cert Ed/DTLLS)
Knowledge and experience of E2E and Foundation Learning
Relevant occupational experience within Customer Service
Recognised Assessor Award (A1, D Units or TAQA) – desirable
Relevant teaching experience
