Transport Administrator / Customer Services – Transport Wsm

We are recruiting a bubbly Transport / Customer Service administrator / controller to work as part of a small team for a national parcel delivery company in Weston super Mare.

You will be the first point of contact for drivers returning to the depot and you will be scanning in paperwork from the drivers deliveries onto the internal system along with data entry of information. You will be dealing with drivers queries over the telephone e.g.. help finding addresses / phone numbers for customers.

You will also be required to answer the telephone, deal with customer queries and resolve issues such as re-arranging deliveries.

This role will require you to be a fast thinker, work under your own initiative and multitask with a good telephone manner.

The hours are 07.00 – 13.00 Monday – Friday and the job is based in Weston super mare. You will be paid £7.50 and you will be required to start immediately. The job will initially last for 4 weeks but could become long term for the right candidate.
