Training Lead
Location: Seascale, West Cumbria
Working hours: 37 hours per week
Salary: £34.2 – £36LTD per hour dependent on experience
Duration: 12 Months

Objective

A great opportunity has arisen for a bright, proactive individual to work as a Training Lead within the Nuclear Industry.

Our client is responsible for delivering safe nuclear decommissioning, waste management and commercial operations. They are seeking an experienced Training Lead to provide training input into the Project deliverables to an agreed quality to ensure the required training is identified and delivered in a systematic approach in line with the client’s guidance.

Deliverables (for contract)

Your responsibilities will include;

Determining if training is needed.
Ensuring all training is delivered successfully on time and to quality.
Capturing and recording all training.
Travelling will be required within the role.
Complying with the Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality policies, procedures, work instructions and risk assessments.

Essential/Desirable Skills

The successful candidate will possess;

Previous Training experience.
of delivering training.
Ability to communicate key information with all levels.
