Are you an outstanding communicator and listener with the professional, but friendly approach.? 

We are looking for a self-driven Inside Sales representative to join this successful family-owned business. As an Inside sales representative, you will be responsible for making calls to existing and potential customers with the main goal to increase our company revenue. 

Duties and responsibilities

• Contact existing and potential customers to present our product offering
• Communicate regularly with customers to understand their requirements and needs
• Offer solutions based on clients’ needs and capabilities
• Introduce prospects and leads to the sales team 
• Keep an updated customer database
• Measure identified KPIs
• Always strive towards revenue growth
• Prepare and present achievements and KIP to management team.
• As we are a small family firm you may from time to time be asked to assist in other areas of the business.

 The successful candidate will need the following:

• Experience in a similar customer service or sales role.
• A proven record of achievement 
• Experience with sales tools such as CRM software, email, and Microsoft applications.
• An ability and willingness to learn about product features and benefits
• A patient and friendly personality
• Be a team player
• Good time-management skills
• Great interpersonal, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• A levels or equivalent, a degree would be an advantage

The ideal candidate will be willing to assist in all aspects of the business when needed. A positive “can do” attitude is essential. This is an excellent opportunity to build a team around you.

Hours Mon-Fri 9am-5pm (can be flexible)

Full training will be given on all products and systems
