Due to continued growth within their business, they now have an immediate and exciting opening in Reading for an IT Recruitment Consultant with or without previous experience.

As a perm or contract sector focused Recruitment Consultant you can expect to receive the very best in support designed to enhance your career. This role covers the full spectrum of IT perm or contract recruitment from candidate generation through to client management. Based from our clients’ Reading office you will identify, qualify and close recruitment deals of varying value across various technology disciplines. The ideal candidate will either be recently educated to degree level or possess 1-5 years sales experience and a strong desire to break into recruitment. You will be new business focused, highly professional and have first class communication and presentation skills with the ability to liaise at every level of the business community. The successful candidate can expect a base salary of circa 16-21k with an uncapped OTE of 30k+ in the first year. You can also expect additional and generous benefits, ongoing training and genuine career development.
