Maxim Recruitment Solutions is a specialist recruitment agency operating within two key sectors. The business is growing at such a fast pace that we now need to recruit an additional trainee recruitment consultant who wants to make the break into recruitment as a career!

This is a challenging role, fast-paced and varied and will enable the successful applicant to grow within a rapidly expanding company.

Trainee Recruitment Consultant duties will include working exclusively alongside your own recruitment consultant, working together to develop new clients and candidates, candidate sourcing and management using a variety of online tools, job boards, social media, sector-relevant websites, referrals, direct-approach, screening and matching CV’s to current job vacancies as well as searching online job boards and social media sites to attract suitable candidates, making lots of outgoing calls to candidates and clients, give support the recruitment team with vital administration duties.
