We’re currently looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our driven sales team based in St Helens.

This exciting opportunity requires an ambitious, enthusiastic and organised individual with excellent communication skills and a great telephone manner that is able to build rapport with clients.

Trainee Recruitment Consultant – What you’ll do:

– Contact prospective clients to conceptualise the unique benefits of our market leading services
– Exploiting data to achieve results and managing a complex prospects system

– Manage all the accounts you win

– Manage your own desk with bespoke on the job training
– Consistently meet and exceed set targets

– Earn uncapped commission

Trainee Recruitment Consultant – What we’re looking for;

– A Confident, articulate and ambitious individual that is eager to learn and comfortable with cold calling to build their client base.

– Someone who possesses a real drive to succeed, make lots of money and build a career in recruitment sales.

– An enthusiastic and resilient individual with the ability to stay calm and consistently thrive under pressure to hit targets.
