My client is an established and successful business who specialise in IT Contract and Permanent Recruitment.

Working as part of the recruitment team, your primary duty will be to maintain and develop the companies database. This will involve talking to our contractors to ensure the database is up to date and accurate, You will also be involved with sourcing candidates and ensuring there suitability to be included on the database as well as assists your colleagues in respect of their sales activities.

The role is working Monday to Friday either 8am to 6pm or 9am to 7pm and includes parking. My client offers rapid progression and they will invest a lot into training and development for someone to become a consultant. You will be eligible for commission after 6 months in the role.

Responsibilities will include:
Telephoning and developing relationships with new candidates.
Telephoning and maintaining relationships with the existing candidate database.
Maintenance of the database including CV entry.
Advertising new jobs.
Emailing in connection with job orders.
Calling clients to seek job orders.
Other tasks necessary to complete the role as requested whilst working within a small team.

To be considered you will have:
Excellent telephone manner, confident and comfortable on the phone.
Be graduate calibre.
Ideally have some phone based experience.
Dependable and hard working.
Articulate with a good sense of humour.
Ability to work under pressure and to deal with high volumes of work.
Team player.
Keen eye for attention to detail.
Live locally and have your own transport.
