Trainee / Graduate Recruitment Consultant

Salary: £26,000 – £27,600 per year

You will be trained to become a successful recruitment consultant focusing on the Health & Social Care sector.

As a Recruitment Consultant your duties will include;

* Sourcing suitable candidates

* Screening candidates (finding out what they are looking for, experience, etc.)

* Organizing interviews

* Negotiating offers

In recruitment you earn commission on each candidate you successfully place into a new role.

You must be resilient, eager, motivated and hardworking.
