Location: Gloucestershire

Opportunity to join leading company in a brand new role

Salary: £26,000 per yearbasic plus up to 20% bonus – £20,400 – £22,800 OTE

Education: Relevant technical apprenticeship, NVQs/ HNC desirable

Hours: Day and night shift Monday to Sunday on average 5 shifts and 44 hours per week

Experience: At least 1 years work experience, within the service industry would be advantageous but not essential

This is an exciting opportunity for a Trainee Production Manager to join a successful team with opportunities for training development and progression.

Following training the Production Manager will be responsible for the day to day management of the Production team in order to meet the required delivery schedules in line with budget. The Production Manager will be targeted on maximising production efficiencies, ensuring quality standards are maintained whilst striving for continuous improvement.

The Trainee Production Manager will be responsible for driving change and development to improve both personnel and site performance through a highly developed and adaptive leadership style.

The Trainee Production manager will have the ability to work in a multi-cultural, multi- skilled team, the flexibility to work required hours and undertake varied tasks, a dynamic and ambitious attitude and the ability and willingness to undergo extensive training
