Salary: £30,000 – £38,400 per year
A forward thinking, innovative and successful manufacturing company are looking to appoint a trainee production manager. It is an exciting time to join, with new projects beginning and a new warehouses opening in the coming months. A very creative, vibrant and energetic company, seeking a person with similar attributes.
The right candidate must be creative themselves, with previous experience working in a manufacturing company and the ability to inspire others. You will have the ability to lead while growing manufacturing in line with sales at 50% each year. This is a career defining role at the very highest level.

DUTIES INCLUDE
– Assisting with operational functions of manufacturing.
• Trouble shooting and problem solving daily issues.
• Undertaking lean project based work to advance our manufacturing systems
• Liaising with all departments to improve efficiency and operations.
