Trainee Manager

My client is looking to add a Trainee Manager to their management team due to business growth. Working in an industrial environment you will be a ambitious, hands on individual who is looking for a career opportunity with a global business. The key responsibilities are:

* Stock Management – reconciling stocks against delivery notes, out turning material from various customer accounts.
* Quality Control – sampling various types of products, understanding gross and net weights to assess yields, purity and monetary values.
* Productivity Management – calculations between incoming stock and production capabilities across various types of fixed plant machinery such as shears and bailers.
* Taking ownership of export sales including container exports, short sea cargo and out bound articulated lorries.
* SHE management, IOSH and environmental awareness, employee welfare and training.
* Preventative maintenance on fixed and mobile plant machinery.
* Responsible for depot profit and loss including the management of overheads.

Full training provided which includes but is not limited to:

* Mobile plant training on FLT, 360, Skidsteer and Loading Shovel.
* Environmental Awareness Courses
* IOSH
