Our client an award-winning independent estate agency based across Devon and Cornwall is looking for a Trainee Negotiator/Viewing Co-ordinator for their Ilfracombe branch. They are a professional company that consistently performs among the top estate agents in the country. 

As part of their 2022 expansion plan, they are looking for a full-time Trainee/ Negotiator to join their friendly team. This is a busy and varied role that requires the successful applicant to be well-organised with the ability to cope under pressure. Previous Estate Agency sales experience is preferred but not essential.

Trainee Negotiator/Viewing Co-ordinator – The Job Role 

· Dealing with enquiries to the highest standard

· Booking appointments

· Supporting and assisting the Sales Team

· Carrying out viewings

· Booking market appraisals for our property listers

· Updating and maintaining client and property database

· General office administration

· Canvassing the local area

· Generating new instructions

· Meeting sales targets

Trainee Negotiator/Viewing Coordinator – The Person 

· Outbound calling experience is advantageous

· Excellent presentation and communication skills

· Drive and determination

· A team player but also capable to work independently

· Likable personality – People buy from people they like and trust!

· You must have a full UK driving licence and car to apply for this role.

Trainee Negotiator/Viewing Co-ordinator – The Hours 

Mon – Fri 9 – 6pm and every other Sat 9-4 (you are given a day off in the week if a Saturday is worked) 

Trainee Negotiator/Viewing Coordinator The Salary and Benefits

Up to £27,600per annum Basic Salary OTE up to £23,000

. 28 days annual leave (including bank holidays)
