We have a number of vacancies for telesales people with excellent communication skills to join an expanding team of telesales professionals in our newly opened sales centre..

Candidates need to have a high degree of drive, enthusiasm, determination and a &#34can do” attitude is essential as you will be required to be pro active on the phone and meet your KPI’s.

The Role

*Making contact with vendors in order to offer our services
*Working with a team to increase market share within our areas
*Book qualified market appraisals for staff within the Connells Group estate agency

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED

*Able to work to targets and deadlines and to deliver KPIs when under pressure
*You must be energetic, enthusiastic and dynamic with a desire to succeed in an extremely competitive industry/environment
*Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
*You will need to be IT literate
*Able to adopt a flexible attitude to working hours as evening and weekend
*Sales experience preferred but not essential
