Progressor / Conveyancer / Negotiator

Salary: £26,400 – £28,800 per year

Pyramid8 have a great opportunity for an experienced Sales Progressor or Conveyancer to work with our client that are recruiting in Wetherby.

Are you currently working in an estate agency and want more Monday to Friday role? Are you working in the legal Sector and fancy a change of direction into property? If yes to these then we would love to chat further about the role on offer.

Duties and responsibilities:

* Liaising with Mortgage lenders

* Liaising with third parties

* Arranging property surveys

* Creating brochures

* Managing land registry applications

You must have:

* A can do attitude

* Be organised

* Have experience of conveyancing or property management

* Have the technical knowledge to deal with land registry applications etc
