Our client is a leading and highly regarded Recruitment Consultancy, which specialises in both permanent and contract recruitment solutions within the technology sector. Due to continued growth within their business they have an exciting opening in Central London for a Trainee IT recruitment consultant.

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant you can expect to receive the very best in support designed to enhance your career. This involved and hands-on role covers the full spectrum of IT perm and contract recruitment from candidate generation through to client management. Based from our clients’ Central London office you will identify, qualify and close recruitment deals of varying value across various technology markets. This role comes with structured and ongoing training and offers fast track career progression to those with a strong desire to perform.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 6 months sales/commercial experience gained in a B2B or B2C environment. You will be new business focused and highly professional with first class communication and presentation skills, with the ability to liaise at every level of the business community. You will also possess high degrees of motivation, drive and commitment. The successful candidate can expect a base salary of circa 18-19k with an uncapped OTE of 35k in the first year, plus additional benefits, ongoing training and solid career development.
