Trainee Compliance Administrator

Are you looking for your first office-based role? County Teachers has been providing permanent and temporary recruitment solutions to schools and colleges since 2002, and now have an exciting opportunity for a Trainee Compliance Administrator to join our well-established recruitment agency in Stevenage.

The successful candidate will be assisting the Compliance Manager with their daily activities.

This will include:

– Searching online CV databases and conversing with candidates within our remit.
– Administration/Compliance duties.
– Calling Clients and Candidates.
– Building relationships with both parties.

Personal Responsibility and Objectives
– To learn and be trained on all aspects of the roles within the Education recruitment environment.
– Represent County Teachers professionally to both clients and candidates.
– To fully support the Sales consultants with the recruitment and placement of candidates as and when the needs of the individual desks dictate.
– To provide support to the consultants and aid in both the resourcing and interviewing of candidates.

Essential
– A minimum of Grace C in English and Mathematics (Proof/certificates will be required)
– An interest in working in an office environment
– Excellent written and spoken English

Initially this post, is of a temporary nature but there is a strong possibility this could turn into a permanent position for the right candidate.

Full training with be given on the job.
