Salary: £54,000 – £63,600 per year
Our NHS Client is loooking for a Contract Compliance Manager for their Primary Care Services.
Previous NHS experience is needed.
This is a key role in the operational delivery team. Reporting to the Head of Operations the post holder will work closely with the operational delivery team to ensure services delivered are compliant against the contractual requirements and contracts which are sub-contracted out are delivered in line with the sub-contract requirements. They will deliver the assurance that the contracts held by Leeds GP Confederation are successfully delivered in line with Commissioner Service Specifications and key performance indicators and that the services; where required; are compliant with the standards required by the CQC.
The post holder will work closely with the Operational Management Team on regulatory requirements; including CQC; to ensure all services are complaint. In addition the post holder will play an integral part of any regulatory inspections or requests for information.
