An exciting new opportunity has become available within a reputable bank for a Client Trade Support Analyst.
Duties to include:
- Within Clearing Services global organisation, Allocations Services are responsible for Post Trade Allocations files processing/matching (multiple trading venues) on all global markets
- Trade Capture/Matching of all confirmations (electronic/manual)
- Check outs with internal/external counterparties to ensure accuracy of bookings
- Intraday unclaimed transactions follow-up in order to minimise defaults, margin costs and operational risk
- Historical breaks/queries resolution
- Send out necessary trades confirmations to Clients/Executing brokers/3d party clearers
- Execution only records capture (via Ubix)
- Maintain accurate static data set ups
- Monitor exceptions queues to ensure intraday business is running smoothly
- Monitor closely customer on boarding and coordinate with Relation Managers activity start
- Continuous review of team procedures, possible team cross-training
- Implementation/roll-out of new systems solutions (file handling, front-office allocation…)
- Report/Escalate/Resolve actively systems issues
You will have:
- Strong background of Listed Derivatives (Futures and Options) is essential
- Strong understanding of clearing workflows (from trading to settlement) is essential.
- Middle Office/Trade Support past experience is essential
- Electronic Trading solutions knowledge is desirable
- Back-Office/Client Services past experience is a plus
- Strong exposure to technology (STP environment, data delivery) is essential
- Previous experience with Clearvision, Emos, Exchange Interfaces, internal trade matching engines is essential
- Microsoft Office package knowledge is essential (Access, Excel)
This is a 6 month fixed term contract and the client is willing to pay £36,000 pa pro rata.
