Flexible P/T Supervisor – Retail Sales

Luxury Fashion brand requires a Flexible Part Time Supervisor for its new Edinburgh Airport store, opening February 2016

Brora Limited is a privately owned British luxury fashion brand established in 1993. Best known for its Scottish cashmere knitwear, this is now complemented by an extensive clothing collection. As a company, Brora continues to grow with a thriving mail order and web business shipping its products around the world, as well as through its 14 shops across the UK and its US store in New York.

An opportunity has arisen for Flexible Part Time Supervisor at our new Edinburgh Airport store, due to open in February 2016. Hours will be variable and will involve some shift work. Reporting to the Store Manager you will have a keen interest in fashion and current trends. Your duties will include assisting the manager in:

• Opening/closing of store in absence of other members of store management team
• Excellent customer service
• Contributing to store sales and achievement of KPI targets
• Enhanced till accountability – processing of refunds/price overrides/credit notes
• Delegation and follow up of daily duties to ensure the smooth operation of the store
• Responsibility for the store in the absence of other members of store management team

Essential skills are:

• Good communication skills
• Passion, understanding and enthusiasm for great customer service and sales
• Ability to work with others as part of a team

Experience

Previous experience of retail sales in a luxury brand desirable but not essential. Previous experience of advisory and or supervisory skills desirable but not essential.
