Reading – Renowned Property Consultancy

£25,000-£55,000 + Bonus, profit share and progression opportunities (dependent on experience)

Based in Reading, one of the UK’s most established and successful Property Consultancies are actively seeking to appoint 3 experienced professionals at Town Planner, Senior Town Planner and Associate Planner level. You will join a vibrant and social office with similar minded individuals, driven to provide an exceptional planning service in a variety of sectors.

The requirements are as follows

Town Planner

Fully MRTPI qualified or in the process of becoming a full member
A minimum of 2 years planning experience, ideally within the private sector although candidates from the public sector will also be considered
A passion for planning and an ambition to progress to a high level in planningSenior Town Planner

A minimum of 5 years planning experience with at least 12 months’ experience at Senior Town Planner level
A wealth of planning expertise which includes working in a variety of planning sectors as a point of contact for key clients
Previous management and/or mentorship of junior members of staffAssociate Town Planner

8 years planning experience – this must include private sector experience
Excellent networking and people skills with a desire to bring in new business and to establish yourself as a key contact within the company to clients
