Blue Skies are currently looking to appoint a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our successful team on a well-established desk and to be part of a company who operate in one of the UK’s most vibrant and interesting industry recruitment sectors.

Established for over 20 years, Blue Skies Marketing Recruitment are one of the strongest brands operating within the marketing, digital & creative recruitment space, acting as a trusted recruitment partner to hundreds of leading brands and businesses in the UK. You would be inheriting a large number of existing client and candidate relationships and be given full support in further improving our market position through the delivery of even higher customer service. You will be highly involved with the development of our brand, inputting into new product and division launches and playing a key part in our future success.

We work exceptionally hard to deliver the very best client service and we will want you as Senior Recruitment Consultant to manage the entire recruitment process, from managing client vacancy briefing meetings, through to understanding of technical job specifications, identifying personality and culture requirements and working skilfully to deliver the most appropriate candidate for them. You will work with databases, Job Boards and LinkedIn on a daily basis and it is imperative that you have an eye for detail to be able to engage with both clients and candidates alike via compelling content for adverts, specs, blogs, social media etc.

You will also be managing your own candidate community within Blue Skies and will strive to deliver a personal and expert service to them and, in turn, become their recruiter of choice. This will involve advertising vacancies in an innovative and attractive manner, to filter applicants and then to interview candidates so that you can identify the right client business for them.

This role part based in Stratford-upon-Avon is commutable from locations such as Coventry, Leamington Spa, Warwick, Henley in Arden, Banbury, Evesham, Worcester, Solihull, Sutton Coldfield, Birmingham, Bromsgrove, Redditch.
