Tla (Tenant Liaison Advisor)

My client is a well-established building maintenance contractor, specialising in working alongside local authorities on repair and maintenance and planned projects on social housing and public buildings. At present, they are looking tenant liaison officer to join the team based in Killingworth, North Tyne Side.

Within this role, you will be liaising with tenants of social housing and sub-contractors to ensure that work is carried out to the desired standard and that customer satisfaction is met at all times aswell as carrying out inductions with tenants and handling any issues or complaints.

Suitable candidates will ideally have experience within a similar role with a primary contractor or local authority and must have demonstrable face to face customer service skills. This is a site based role and as such you must hold a full UK driving licence, a valid CSCS and Ukata Asbestos Awareness certificate if not must be willing to undertake
