Test Automation Engineer

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Test Automation Engineer to join our Technology team, working alongside our Development and Platform teams.

This is an opportunity to help steer us towards cutting-edge test automation technologies and best practices as we prepare for our next stage of growth.

(B2C) For our account holders, we offer an alternative to traditional banking accounts with a contactless Mastercard debit card, a full range of account features and cashback rewards for consumers and for our business partners, a safe and secure portal to create new accounts for their unbanked workers quickly and easily.

(B2B) Suits Me offers a payment solution providing the UKs only specialised client portal allowing recruiters, employers and unions to open accounts for their employees, candidates and members within minutes!

Providing a safe and secure streamlined solution for business payroll, enabling companies to no longer pay in cash, cheque or into family and friends accounts. Instead, paying using a compliant method, straight into a personal account while helping to safeguard payees and aid in combatting and eliminating modern slavery.

What you’ll bring to Suits Me

• Over 2 years of production Test Automation experience
• Competency in backend, web and mobile testing
• Ability to integrate into an agile delivery methodology
• Strong experience in at least one of:
  • TypeScript
  • Java/Scala
  • Python
• BDD/TDD experience
• Experience working with CI/CD platforms
• Experience working with cloud infrastructure providers

Standout candidates will also…

• Have experience testing banking or payment platforms
• Help us develop performance testing scenarios
• Have worked in a regulated environment (preferably in Financial Services)
