Temporary Quality Assurance/Audit Analyst

Location – Rugby
Salary – £16.8per hour

Purpose of the Job
Reporting to the Quality & Business Systems Manager support the development, implementation and maintenance of operational Business Management System processes and procedures that meets the needs of the business and its Projects. To work with and support the business on quality, H&S and environmental matters which includes on-site representation and providing guidance to the projects.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Supporting and administering the operational Business Management System, processes and procedures of the business.
• Managing the audit schedule and reporting requirements.
• Provide guidance and support with regards to company QA, H&S and environmental requirements and integration of project areas. Ensure that the company delivers QA, H&S and environmental requirements for business clients.
• Production of documentation using company templates/specifications.
• Document development and control (issue control, standardisation, updating of business processes and procedures).
• Liaise with the operational managers to support the development, delivery and maintenance of the IMS at the local level.
• Lead/participate in internal, external, 2nd party and 3rd party audits.
• Integration of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 into key QA, H&S and environmental deliverables.
• Support and administer the audit programme.
• Manage the administration of reported non-conformances and customer complaints and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.
• Contribute to/produce company and Project reports as required.
• Promote company values and standards and exhibit appropriate behaviour in accordance with Company ethos.
• Demonstrate safety, integrity & commitment at all times.
• Maintain excellent levels of communication throughout the team and the wider business.
• To carry out any other duties as and when necessary to meet the varying demands of the business and satisfy customer needs.
