Salary: 13689.00 + OTE

The role:

To represent the company by taking inbound calls and offering to schedule a screening for the customer in their residential area. Then up selling another screening to their package.
To represent the company by making outbound calls to existing customers offering them a re-screening
To be accountable for scheduling these appointments at a set conversion target
To be accountable for Revenue per Call/Hour/Appointment goals. These goals will be accomplished by offering the package identified for the participant and up selling additional tests
To be open to coaching feedback and sales skill training. To apply the learning’s to calls once training /coaching is complete
Call quality will be measured by call audits. A quality score of 90% or greater must be maintained. A minimum of 3 calls per week will be audited
Be aware of the company’s risk management strategy and policies
Support the departmental manager in promoting a risk management culture within your working environment, ensuring participation and involvement when requested.
Identify potential risks that may impact on the company’s ability to achieve its objectives, and report concerns to the line manager.
