Salary: £26,000 per year
A highly professional company in Birmingham Business Park are actively seeking a please apply an inbound and outbound basis.
This is a telephone based position, and duties include:
• Answering incoming calls from prospective customers
• Making outbound calls to people who have registered an interest on company website (no cold calling)
• Providing excellent Customer Service on a wide range of products
• Confirming sales of products & services
Full training will be provided, although relevant sales experience and an excellent telephone manner are essential.
The correct applicant must be target orientated, self-motivated, and a committed team player. They must be available to work a shift pattern Monday to Friday, 9-5pm & 11-7pm (variable at certain times of the year).
The basic salary is up to £26,000+ commission (OTE Earnings £22,000), however commission is uncapped.
Benefits include subsidised medical cover, and 28 days holiday including Bank Holidays.
Please note that applicants must have a driving licence and their own vehicle, as the premises are not easy to reach by public transport.
