Our client is a leading telemarketing company, operating in the B2B sector. An opportunity has arisen for a Telemarketing Executive / Account Manager to join their team on a part-time basis.

As a Telemarketing Executive / Account Manager, you will be responsible for generating appointments and identifying new business opportunities for our client’s customers via the telephone in order to achieve SLA targets.

Liaising with prospects, you’ll qualify leads and effectively promote our client’s products and services. Working alongside the Sales Team, you’ll gather customer information, accurately input all data into the internal database system and prepare reviews on daily/weekly activities.

You’ll account manage customers to develop further business opportunities, answer queries and resolve any issues to ensure maximum satisfaction. Additionally, you’ll suggest modifications to telemarketing campaigns and customer collateral based on any feedback.

To be considered for this role, you must have:

– Previous B2B telemarketing or account management experience OR
– B2B business development experience

As a Telemarketing Executive / Account Manager, you must possess a high level of attention to detail & excellent communication skills, a positive ‘can do’ approach and a tenacious and driven nature. Assertive and diplomatic, you must also have superb multi-tasking skills, a strong customer focus and the ability to effectively work under pressure.
