Account Executive

We have an excellent opportunity for a professional, customer service orientated individual to join our team working with one of our most reputable, well-known Yorkshire based clients to become an Account Executive, working alongside our client to provide impeccable client relations and efficient professional service to the group.

The Role…

You will be working closely with the client both from our offices and on-site, offering them a bespoke service and showing them how we can turn their ideas into end products. You’ll solve problems for them, advise the best way to do things and manage the projects from beginning to end, keeping clients informed at every stage whilst working against deadlines, ensuring the highest quality and best possible end result. You’ll also be managing necessary administration, responding to requests for information and attending ad-hoc client meetings. What we’re looking for: We are looking for a customer focused, self-motivated and proactive individual who is comfortable working in a dynamic, busy environment where the ability to multi task is essential. Demonstrable experience of DM is required as is knowledge of the print production process, associated terminology and writing and interpreting a print specification. You will have an understanding of the importance of how a production schedule fits together and will have excellent client relationship skills. This role is based in Leeds with occasional travel to the client’s site in Bradford and requires daily working hours of 8.30-3pm.
