About the Company
Based in Manchester, a boutique, successful recruitment business is currently experiencing great success within their national tech clients. As a result they are expanding their team and are now looking for a tech recruiter to join them
Responsibilities
* Utilising recruitment tools, you will build a pipeline of candidates maintain regular contact with them to stay up to date with their availability, job application activity and ongoing industry developments.
* Create and post job descriptions
* Build a strong relationship with our clients and key hiring managers
* Update the internal CRM systems
As a Recruiter, you will have:
* At least 3 years’ experience in end-to-end tech recruitment experience
* Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
* End to end vacancy and candidate management experience
* Have a self-motivated work ethic
* Adaptable communication skills and ability to hold confident professional conversations
* Strong organizational skills and ability to pick up new ATS skills quickly
