Acquisition Business Partner

3 – 4 Month Contract

35 hours per week

£18 per hour + (Dependant on experience)

Adecco are currently hiring experienced recruiters who can hit the ground running for our client, one of the world’s leading insurance companies based in Swindon.

• Monday to Friday – Flexible on hours but would prefer someone full time.
• 3 – 4 Month Contract
• Work from home – 2 days per week in Swindon Office.
• Volume Recruitment

Duties include:

• Managing candidate journeys ideally take the detailed brief from the hiring manager, decide on sourcing approach right through to offer.
• Postings jobs/creating posters/adverts
• Looking through CVs and matching to job Criteria’s
• Phone interviews to shortlisted candidates
• Ideal candidate would be able to advise/influence hiring manager on end to end approach

Ideal Experience/Skills:

• Experience with volume recruitment
• Ideally in house TABP experience
• Good Communicator
• Strong Stakeholder engagement experience
