Hours: 20 hours a week, 5 days out of 7
Our client is a large national and growing Facilities Management company who work with one of the largest national Supermarket retailers.
They are looking to recruit a Technical Trainer to work from their Retail Academy Supermarket in Taunton.
This is a permanent Part Time role, working 20 hours a week, 5 days out of 7.
The role will involve Technical Training for new and existing Store cleaning managers.
Key Purpose of the Role
To provide instruction, guidance and support to trainees whilst assessing and giving feedback
Participate in key trainee/colleague processes as required e.g. Induction, Welcome, ABC Cleaning spec, retro training whilst being an advocate of training and development and to support & promote learning within Retail Academy for all colleagues that complete development
To deliver appropriate shop floor coaching for all trainees/colleagues in accordance with best practice and liaise with trainees/colleagues, monitor progress and make recommendations
To assist in the organisation, administration and maintenance of trainee files and recording processes.
To act at all times in accordance with company policies and procedures e.g. Health & Safety, Equality & Diversity and Compliance
Ideal candidates will have previous experience working in a training role in a cleaning / facilities environment but they are happy to consider candidates from other backgrounds if they have strong communication / customer service skills and are happy to be trained.
