Salary: £420 – £474 per day
Kenna Recruitment are currently looking to speak with experienced Technical Managers for a scheme based near Vauxhall.
Our client, a tier 1 residential developer with a solid market reputation employ over 350 people across a number of London divisions. They specialise in high rise new build residential schemes built to a good quality and will transform the local area.
The scheme is a 3 year project based near Vaxuhall, with the final phase being completed at present. It will contain another 165 units, built with 2 block RC Frame structures.
You will be responsible for a small team of Technical co-ordinators and will have strong experience in dealing with production and commercial teams on site, ensuring the build runs as smooth as possible.

– Degree in Architecture or Engineering (relevant)
– Previous high rise experience (residential)
– At least 6 years construction related design experience.
– Commutable to Battersea on a daily basis.
