Technical Support Specialist: Water Purification

Salary £30,000 – £38,400 OTE £5,000 / £10,000 + Company Car + Pension + 25 Days Holiday

Our clients has been established for over 16 years and is privately owned and has experienced continued double digit growth over the past number of years, last year alone was 20% growth.
They are now looking for someone who is wanting to take advantage of this great opportunity to move into sales from a support role, or someone who has working within the labs using water purification, separation or chromatograph who has keen eye for sales or someone looking to move into this roles who’s currently a sales rep / field sales selling these products already.
They are a medium sized, dynamic forward looking company and really friendly down to earth people company with no politics. The business is built it success around its world class service focused support plus the high quality products to match.

They started from humble beginnings and now employees 40 staff, 24 which work directly in customer service with modern premises situated in the heart of England.

The position:

• Technical Support Specialist – account managing 99% contract renewals with a sales aspect.
• Reporting to the UK Sales manager.
• Great role if have a passion for managing accounts and great with clients F2F and clear communications skills as there is an element of product demonstration too.
• Account managing / selling / training of the clients Water purification / consumable products into NHS, estate people, Endoscopy staff or national buyers within those businesses.

Package & potential:-

• Salary is fantastic considering you’ll be mainly be managing existing accounts so quite a soft landing into sales 99% work is renewing those existing clients accounts £30,000 – £38,400 basis OTE £5-10K.
