The Company:

Main duties:
Providing excellent technical support and ensuring clients receive outstanding technical assistance
The Role:
– Providing outstanding technical support on integrated electronic / IP security systems
– Representing the company at international exhibitions and carrying out live demonstrations
– Offering training to partners
– Travelling within the EMEA region required to provide support at clients’ sites
The Candidate:
– Fluent in English (Written and Spoken)
– Fluent in at least 2 of the above languages (German, Arabic or French)
– Great communicator to translate technical knowledge into plain language
– Loves dealing with people
– Strong understanding of IP networks or software engineering background
– Background in security / surveillance systems
– Graduates in relevant subjects considered as well
Salary £36,000pa + excellent benefits
