Our client is currently looking for a Technical Quotations Specialist, who will be responsible to the Internal Sales Manager for KPI Targets and divisional external sales teams as well as providing technical, specification and applications advice on their product range.
The Company is a global leader in the innovation, design, manufacture and supply of high quality insulated roof, wall and facade systems for the construction industry. These systems are key to achieving lifetime energy efficient and low carbon (CO2) buildings.
WIthin this role, you will be required to continuously update divisional sales and customer service teams on product / system, designs and pricing, as well as act as an advisory service including system specification / building physics / applications and maintenance on their specific product ranges.
This role will see you generating high volume quotations / solutions by utilising your technical skills by converting those sales opportunities for divisional customers in line with KPI’s laid down for the department within the business, whilst communicating with customers professionally by telephone / email, on technical application of their product range.
The successful candidate will possess a high level of technical experience in the application of construction products. You will have knowledge of the various types of cladding systems used on both roof and wall applications along with a track record of being a highly motivated individual, a high achiever, goal driven and a good team player.
It is essential that you possess CAD skills, have the ability to work on your own initiative and to strict deadlines and KPI’s, complete with an excellent telephone manner.
Hours of work: 8:15 – 17:00 Monday to Thursday / 8:15 – 16:00 Friday
