Technical Process Engineer
Walsall
Up to £31,200 Per Annum
SF Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Technical Process Engineer on a permanent basis. Our client based in Walsall supply to many industries such as wind energy, automotive and construction.
The Technical Process Engineer will be responsible for an array of tasks including:
Analysis of all processes in line with schedules or as workload dictates
Monitor & maintain effluent plant Inc. Chemical Waste Management.
Assist to maintain logs for chemical additions and inventory.
Ensure all Product testing & Development Matrixes are completed as required
Product development
Ensuring the latest issue of Product data sheets are held & issued as required
Maintaining the Laboratory Procedures & Records
Conduct health & safety audits
Assisting in Product / Process development activities
Assisting / Implementing energy reduction activities within the business.
Assisting in the monitoring of ISO 14001
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of twelve months metal finishing experience.
Chemistry or chemical qualifications and a Technical / Process Engineering qualification would be an advantage.
