Salary: £42 per hour

Technical Co-Ordinator

My client is an established regional building contractor with an immediate requirement for a technical manager / design manager to join their existing team. They are a circa £35m turnover business working within the following sectors;

• Residential
• Education
• Commercial Building

They are looking for a candidate with a knowledge of section agreements within the residential planning sector. The initial projects will be housing led but they do work extensively in other areas.
