I am currently working closely with a leading residential developer who are looking for a Senior Technical Manager to join their team.

The Company:

A renowned residential developer, they have built a reputation for quality and design, overseeing the successful regeneration of underused and brownfield sites across London and the Home Counties.

Responsibilities:

* Ensure all project design information is procured in a timely manner to meet the requirements of the Tender Event Schedule and Construction Programme.

* Deal with/organise all pre-contract investigations, surveys and other due diligence issues required by Clients, including sustainability issues

* Report on a regular basis on status of projects and update Fee

* Projections

* Undertake reviews of changes in legislation/regulations

* Always prepare development specifications ensuring that they are in line with budget and sales requirements.

* A pro-active management style with capability to lead and coordinate the managers across a wider team.

* Leadership skills including assertiveness, being decisive, flexible, good time management, organised, effective at leading / participating in meetings, works well under pressure and to strict deadlines.

* Effective people management of direct reports including goal setting, performance management, giving feedback, direction, support and coaching.

* Ensure all drawings are fully checked and coordinated Prepare and monitor design development programme.

* Oversee (NHBC / Premier Guarantee) Warranty / building control applications.

Salary:

On offer is a salary up to £60,000 – £96,000 p.a. with car allowance, a dedicated bonus scheme, further training, and a wider benefits package including and pension scheme. With the planned growth for the region, there will be progression opportunities
