My client is a growing house builder who has been targeted to buy over 10 million pounds worth of land this year alone, they are on the lookout for a Technical Manager to join their expanding company this role would suit someone who seeks progression and to be part of exciting growth and challenges.

Duties:

• Looking for abnormalities in the land with land buyers when buying new land
• Once procured get it through planning and building control
• When buying site ensure not coming with big problems
• Build a core team around you
• Making sure drawings are right
