Technical / Building Services Manager required to work for our client who are a specialist M&E Contractor working within the high rise residential and commercial sectors. The company have successfully traded for over 20 years working predominantly within the London Market. Their success can be put down to fulfilling their clients needs and gaining repeat business with a client base covering most of the high profile main contractors and developers in London. The company is led by a dynamic senior management team that understands their people are the secret to their success.

My client would be looking for an experienced Technical Manager with a mechanical bias that can run the mechanical technical team consisting of design engineers, QA Engineers and Document Controllers. The team will predominantly be working on tender and bid proposals, the candidate would need to have a good technical knowhow of the Mechanical industries to be able develop tenders with innovative designs and value engineering for their clients. The candidate would need to have strong customer facing skills, as part of the role will be working with client / consultancy design teams plus supporting project delivery teams with technical assistance.

The successful candidate will need to have a Building Services or M&E background with a good technical ability. The client are happy to see candidates with a consultancy background. It is essential that the candidate have experience with tendering and bidding for projects and is comfortable with a client facing role. Candidates must be qualified within a Building services or Mechanical subject.
