Technical / Customer Relations Administrator

An established food production company are recruiting for an experienced Technical/Customer Relations Administrator working within a small team, paying up to £26,000 per year to be based at their site just north of Norwich.

Reporting to the Legal Compliance and Consumer Relations Manager, the role involves liaising with suppliers to discuss ingredient specifications whilst also providing highly organised administration support to both the Technical and Consumer Relations teams. Candidates should have strong abilities within administration, Word and Excel and possess accurate attention to detail as there will be a considerable amount of technical data input. As there will be a great deal of customer contact, the ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills as the calls can sometimes be challenging.

Although full training will be given, a working knowledge of the Interspec, Optiva or AS400 systems would be advantageous.
