Are you experienced in Building Services or M&E? Do you have experience of writing Technical Documentation or Technical Manuals?

This multi-disciplined practice is a pioneer in their field, raising the standards of project commissioning management in the construction and property development industry. Due to continual success they are seeking a candidate who will join the Technical Author team, assisting in the research and writing of technical manuals.

In this role you will be involved in researching and procuring information, attending team meetings and working as a team. You will be working closely with clients to clarify technical issues, writing and editing technical manuals, commissioning and coordinating illustrations, and marketing and publicising services to clients.

This role would ideally suit a candidate with experience in Building Services or Facility Maintenance, who is looking to utilise their knowledge to write Technical Documentation. The role would also suit a candidate who has experience of M&E, knowledge of O&M (Operation and Maintenance) manuals and experience writing technical documentation/reports.

The Role:

* Researching and procuring information
* Identifying technical issues
* Writing and editing technical manuals
* Commissioning, coordinating and preparing illustrations
* £25,000 – £35,000 + Training + Progression + Pension
* 21 Days Holiday + Bank Holiday + 4 Service years

The Person:

* Knowledge of Building Services or M&E
* Experience of writing Technical Documentation
* Ability in Microsoft Office, Project or Database
* Strong English Verbal and Written skills
