Salary: £72,000 – £108,000 per year
Team Sales Manager WANTED
As part of our ongoing expansion we are looking for a Team Manager/Leader to join our HQ in Surrey/West Sussex.
What is on offer?
Competitive Basic salary.
Achievable 1st yr OTE of between £60k – £90k
Upto 40% commission.
Overrides on team commission.

What are we looking for?
A proven sales person that is looking for a management opportunity.
A background in winning new business while supporting key accounts.
The ability to manage a team whilst writing your own business.
Experience of setting targets, managing KPI’s and team performance.
Ambitious, entrepreneurial and resilient mindset.
Ability to utilise “soft sales skills”.
Able to gain “buy in” from both clients & colleagues.
