The role is live due to a promotion because of growth and this has created the HVAC sales manager role. Management no necessary, leading by example in a hands on senior position is.

The Role:

* Managing and inspiring a small sales team by leading by example of the phone

* Overseeing various KPIs and growing the revenue and improving conversion rates

* To be the expert in this area in terms of sales, specifications and HVAC

* Selling to a variety of end users, contracts, industries and more…

* An INTERNAL Sales position with the opportunity to work key accounts face to face

* 80% account management and proactive revenue growth 20% new business calls

* Managing and converting quotations

* Overseeing the management and conversion of a very extensive pipeline

* Products built and renowned for quality and manufacturing agility and availability

This is a stunning role for someone with HVAC/Specification sales experience

YOU will either have been a specification sales person with industry expertise, an account manager, key accounts or sales manager and you will be ambitious and be looking for a likeminded company where you can become their heartbeat and help grow the business
