Location: Dual Location, Crowborough and East Grinstead.

Permanent Role

Our client is seeking a Team Supervisor, with sales, upselling, training experience to manage a Team, across two sites, working with private paying patients. An incredible opportunity and one where you can make a significant difference.

What you’ll do

• To work alongside the team and develop ethical techniques to encourage the team to convert enquiries to appointments.
• Ensure the team is fully conversant with the specifics of the business to accurately match services to patients.
• Monitor the accuracy of data input to the CRM and oversee adjustment when required.
• Work alongside the Digital Marketing Coordinator to develop the CRM, and focus on the conversion and tracking elements.
• Provide weekly/monthly accurate reporting of KPIs and drive change where necessary to improve performance.
• Deliver and attend educational events/webinars to the public, stakeholders, and health professionals.

Skill Set

• Be a customer service champion, priding themselves on supporting an excellent patient experience.
• Able to develop and maintain effective relationships with consultants and key stakeholders to facilitate excellence in service and delivery.
• Can demonstrate a good work ethic that includes punctuality, integrity, respect for others, and a commitment to professional practice.
• Minimum 2 years experience as a Supervisor/Team Leader.
• High level of computer literacy in particular Excel and Microsoft 365.
• Sales experience or a call centre-type role is highly desirable.
• Strong presentation skills.
• The ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
