Impact Teachers are looking to recruit experienced Teaching Assistants for short and long term posts which are to start immediately!

Working as a teaching assistant allows you to sample the diverse schools across the West and South West London boroughs as well as testing different year levels to develop your skills and flourish for the future.

You should also be able to demonstrate the following:

Proven experience of supporting young learners in an organisational setting
Strong behaviour management skills
Ability to follow instruction and use initiative
Passion for supporting learning
Work well as part of a team
Willingness to go the extra mile
Minimum Requirements:

Ideally 6 weeks experience working with young learners in the UK
Current Enhanced CRB or willing to complete one upon registration
The right to work in the UK
Able to provide 2 current references
Excellent spoken English
