Teaching Assistant (Newport)

The School:
Revised Recruitment Group are working with a Newport based Primary school.
The school takes pride in developing the strong partnership between home and school. With parental engagement helping to provide every child the best possible start to their education.
The Role:
The role as a Teaching Assistant will be to work predominantly in KS2, however you will need to be flexible to cover across KS1. The main focus will be supporting pupils with lower ability.
Ideally the candidate would be looking to start ASAP.
What you will need to succeed
* Have a passion for the education of children
* Have the ability to form effective working relationships with pupils, staff and parents.
* You will act as a positive role model for pupils.
* The ability to assess and track progress of pupils
Previous experience in schools is not essential as training will be provided. If you have had previous experience in pupils or have an interest in doing so- please get in touch.
