The Role

As a Workday Integration Consultant, you’ll be making a real difference as we blend both deep domain and technical expertise within the team.

Implement improvements and provide feedback using change management methodologies, processes, systems, and protocols to provide run and change services.

Your Profile

· Proficiency in coding languages and tools, ideally this will include the following at a proficient standard:

o Integration templates (EIB, Connector, DTs, Packaged Connectors), Studio,

o Custom Reports, Calculated Fields, Notifications, BIRT,

o Business Process Frameworks, Workday Functional Modules (including Payroll), Debugging, Monitoring & Scheduling of Integrations, Tenant Configuration, Security

o XML, MVEL, XSLT, REST APIs, SOAP APIs,

o Experience following development frameworks and standards,

o Experience in handling data to required group data and record management standards,

o Assessing the impact of change across the current landscape and working with Engineering Leads to cost and prioritise work you’re doing,

o Experienced in working with multiple stakeholders at different levels delivering an excellent customer service.

· Passion for Workday Integrations work with a can-do attitude and an excellent team player.

· Experienced within a software engineering role, with a good knowledge of the full development lifecycle.
