Key skills/knowledge:

Excellent Procurement / S2C / Ariba process/configuration experience
High level of knowledge of the SAP P2P or MM processes related to S2P Procurement, Strategic sourcing, Catalogue content management and Workflows from both a process and configuration perspective
Brilliant client-facing and communication skills at the management level
Experience in managing complex IT projects with multicultural teams
Very good knowledge of written and spoken English.
Experience required:

Should be Subject Matter Expert on SAP Ariba overall functionality and modules.
You will be responsible for providing detailed recommendations to help the Client’s streamline its Procure to Pay (P2P) processes.
You will work with business and other SAP teams to understand existing challenges and issues and configure the solution. Additionally, the consultant will be helping our client build and expand upon its initial SAP Ariba P2P implementation effort.
You demonstrate deep knowledge of SAP Ariba P2P solutions and understand client requirements to deliver the appropriate solution.
You will have a key role in improving the business P2P processes of our clients on SAP Ariba. Based on client scope and requirements, you may also integrate the other functional domains towards a concrete solution based on the overall application landscape of the customer.
You have a key responsibility to do root cause analysis, find and implement solution. Additionally, you need to train other team members to address day to day issues and create Standard Operating Procedure for future use.
Should have good knowledge in Ariba child realm configuration, approval process setup, guided buying configuration, contract compliance, customer administration and other project administration activities.
Should have experience about Ariba connect and understanding of Ariba Service request (SR) process.
Should have experience about managing workflows, email notifications, pre-packaged reports, roles and user groups.
Should have good knowledge on all types of catalogues and buying channels.
At least 1 end to end Ariba implementation/Rollout experience.
Should have support experience in resolving issues related to Ariba Buying such as PR creation, PO failure, master data, catalogues visibility, access issues, notifications issues etc.
Should have hands on experience in Ariba Buying and Invoicing.
Should have sound experience in of Ariba CIG and SAP ECC MM.
Independently lead tracking and monitoring of the production support issues, enhancement deadlines and escalations pertaining to SAP Ariba and update status to the project leadership.
