Your Profile

Key skills/knowledge:

Extensive experience in solution architecture across a range of platforms and business domains
Deep technical knowledge of at least on SAP application (preferably SAP ECC v 6) and SuccessFactors
Proven experience in the lead solution architect role delivering projects.
Experience in SAP migration/transformation,
Ability to work across various technologies within the specific domain.
Proven ability to transform wide-ranging business requirements and strategic aspirations into concise solution options within the set strategic vision and technical constraints.
Excellent understanding of the project delivery lifecycle
Wide-ranging experience with IT projects throughout the implementation lifecycle
Ability to develop the deep business knowledge and offer advice that spans across IT and business domains.
Awareness of the leading industry trends in the architectural domain
Good formal modelling skills,
Experience required:

Design and implement the architecture of SAP SuccessFactors system.
Develop and implement best practices for SAP SuccessFactors configuration and customization.
Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions that meet business needs.
Develop and maintain documentation for SAP SuccessFactors architecture, including technical specifications, system diagrams, and user guides.
Provide technical leadership to development teams and ensure the solutions are aligned with best practices and architectural standards.
Collaborate with other architects and stakeholders to ensure that the SAP SuccessFactors architecture is integrated with other enterprise systems.
Keep up to date with the latest SAP SuccessFactors developments and assess how these can be leveraged to improve the current system.
Identify and troubleshoot issues related to SAP SuccessFactors architecture and provide solutions to resolve them.
